Guarantee

Bookings are confirmed only with a valid Credit Card number and expiry date and with a total or partial prepayment according to the cancellation policy.

Non show

In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged.

Cancellation and modification

Non-refundable terms

A prepayment corresponding to the entire stay is charged at the time of booking.
The prepayment is not refundable in any case of cancellation, modification, no-show or cancellation the day of arrival.

Flexible terms

Any modification to the reservation, or total or partial cancellation of the stay, must be made in writing. A prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be requested at the time of booking.
Cancellations and changes can be made free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days and up to 2 days before arrival, 30% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours or no-show, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
